These terms govern your use of the PushBeat Timer mobile application and website, operated by PushBeat. Effective August 2, 2026.
Using PushBeat Timer
PushBeat grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal or professional training purposes, subject to the applicable app store rules and end user license agreement.
Fitness and health
PushBeat Timer is a timing and training support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personalized coaching. Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate judgment, inspect your training environment, follow qualified professional guidance, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing suitable intervals, intensity, exercises, rest, audio volume, and device placement. Do not interact with the app when doing so would be unsafe or distracting.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or abusive feedback, or copy and redistribute protected content except where the law permits.
Intellectual property
PushBeat, PushBeat Timer, the app, website, branding, graphics, and original content are owned by PushBeat or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and warranties
The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PushBeat disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect timer accuracy, or compatibility with every device or setup.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PushBeat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injury, loss, or damage arising from training decisions or misuse of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes
PushBeat may update the app, website, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time. PushBeat may suspend access to online services if they are misused or if continuing the service would violate law, security requirements, or these terms. Terms that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations—remain effective.
